It has been around for more than 25 years. In 1994 our wine Estate was the first of its kind to offer its customers the opportunity to participate. The “SYBILLE KUNTZ Genuss-Schein” has since found numerous imitators in various industries as an innovative concept and was registered as a trademark with the Patent Office in Munich in 1998. The special thing about it: The interest is paid out in wine, which makes this investment opportunity especially interesting for wine connoisseurs and wine lovers.
Goals & achievements
The capital from the Genuss-Schein primarily serves to continuously expand our vineyard land, mainly with vineyards in the grand cru sites that are worth preserving, some of which are still planted with ancient, own-rooted Riesling vines. We restructure these vineyards and adapt them to our current quality requirements; some are therefore planted with new vines. In addition, we invest in mechanical management systems with which we can increase efficiency and facilitate manual work on the steep slopes of the Moselle as much as possible. In 1998 we bought the cellar building of the old winegrowers' association in the center of Lieser and modernized it with considerable effort. The two cellar vaults that were driven into the mountain ensure an optimal climate in which we let our Riesling mature in newly installed stainless steel tanks under ideal conditions.
Last but not least, with the help of the Genuss-Schein, we have been able to enlarge our vineyard areas with the best steep slopes from 2.5 to over 18 hectares in the past 25 years. And we want to continue to expand and invest: in first-class plots, in new technology for grape and wine processing, in stainless steel tanks and in the cellar extension.
How does it work
You can participate in this development: The current SYBILLE KUNTZ Genuss-Schein certificates have been available since March 1, 2014.
The limited and numbered SYBILLE KUNTZ Genuss-Schein can be drawn from € 2,500. Interest will be paid on € 2,500 with 6%, € 5,000 with 6.5% and € 10,000 with 7%. The minimum term is 5 years.
During the year you can put together an individual assortment from our range, based on the current wine price list and your taste preferences, and your Riesling dividend will be delivered immediately.
You can purchase a SYBILLE KUNTZ Genuss-Schein by using our order form here and send it via Email. We will send the original to you and the contract will become effective as soon as you transfer the investment amount.
